India is a home of the largest count of children population in the world. Under the emergency medical program, we are support treatment to the who are in need of critical illness treatment. We are support to all these needy children who can’t afford the cost of the hospital as well as underprivileged.
Akshaya child heart foundation interacts with medical speciality hospital partners to who need emergency medical treatment of underprivileged children.
However, these are many children who are suffering from constant pain and anxiety due to congenital heart disease and cancer.
Approximately 60% of these children are belongs to below poverty line for whom it’s unimaginable to get treated. Akshaya child heart foundation till now support 75 cases and keep tries best to support these children by raising funds through online fundraising campaigns, telecalling teams, corporate teams and special events. All though our support doesn’t stops here.
Cancer:
Over 50 children in the age group of 1 month to 11 years die of cancer everyday in India. According to a recent study which also highlights the significant monetary burden of the disease and lack of advanced treatment options in the country.
Kidney:
That is how many kidney disease victims die in India. Two death every five minutes two lakh a year (or) roughly 547 every day.
